Meet Sharon Okra, LIMHP, LMFT
I’m glad you’re here. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner who offers a collaborative, client-centered approach to therapy. I strive to create a warm, judgment-free space where clients feel comfortable, supported, and understood.
I have experience working with anxiety, depression, life stress, and difficult transitions. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming and supportive of individuals from marginalized communities. I tailor therapy to each client’s unique needs and goals, helping them build resilience, heal, and move forward with greater clarity.
As a military veteran with more than 22 years of service, I also understand the unique challenges faced by service members, veterans, and their families.
